How to train my anger rather than denying it

2026 | HEAD | ACT Bern

It’s about the anger inside me, and how to deal with it. With all the privileges I have by growing up in Switzerland, being a queer person of colour and seen as a woman here is a daily struggle. Being too white, not white enough, acting not enough or to much,… through the years you learn yourself methodes of how you deal with life. It is a lot about community, being strong together, being there for others and helping each other. But there is a part of the anger which i want to be able to deal by myself, for myself.
