RADIO_PIRATE is an attempt at creating a space of emancipated expression and free exchange among diverse local communities and international artists.

This collective project make use of analogue low-cost FM- radio transmitters to archive this goal. A fanzine explains how to use and create such devices, as well as basic knowledge of electronics and radio frequences. In the ACT context, it allowed discussion among participants that were transmitted on either side of the Rhin in Basel, as well as audio works from both ACT artists and international ones.
